Total Talent Summit 2021

For decades, the combined management of the permanent & flexible workforce has been the subject of discussion under the heading complete staff sourcing. Despite all the technical innovations and the many major players on the market, achieving this complete sourcing has proven far more difficult than an outsider would normally expect.

Today, with the tightening of the labour market impacting so severely on both the permanent and flexible workforce, the boundaries between co ntract forms and (countries) becoming increasingly blurred and platforms, HCM systems and RPOs developing increasingly into Total Talent Partners, it is time to bring together all the leading knowledge carriers, from small-scale through to high-end, to hold a substantive discussion of the appropriate topics.

ZIPonomy, NextConomy, Werf& and Totalent.eu have joined forces to organise the very first Dutch-Belgian Total Talent Summit. The summit is aimed at the managers and leaders on the finance, HR, purchase and recruitment side whose role is to share and reflect on the developments on the market, while at the same  time actively entering into dialogue about the solutions and the obstacles to be overcome.

 On 23 November, portfolio managers for the permanent and flexible workforce from the profit and non-profit sector will come together in dialogue with the key players and consultants from the market.

The summit will be headed by Suyin Aerts, and will be attended by a group of renowned speakers from the Netherlands and abroad.
