Zweedse Assessio neemt HFMtalentindex over
Weer een overname van een Nederlandse #HRTech door een Scandinavische partij. Het Zweedse Assessio neemt HFMtalentindex over, beide spelers in online Assessments en Analytics. Op haar beurt werd Assessio eerder dit jaar overgenomen door de Nederlandse investeringsmaatschappij Main Capital.

Het in Nederland opgerichte HFM Talentindex is in ruim 20 jaar uitgegroeid tot een internationale speler op het gebied van Performance Management, Assessments en Analytics. Met zo'n 100 medewerkers in Nederland en Zuid Afrika wordt de Europese en Zuid-Afrikaanse markt bediend met Talent Assessment, Development, Performance en Analytics tools. HFMtalentindex heeft een klantenbestand dat voornamelijk bestaat uit middelgrote tot grote zakelijke klanten, zoals Capgemini, Deloitte, Rabobank, Rode Kruis, FedEx en Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance.
Assessio levert vergelijkbare producten in Zweden, Noorwegen en Finland en werd in juni dit jaar overgenomen door de investeringsmaatschappij Main Captial uit Nederland.
